Important notes:

  1. This training only applies to staff participating in the REED contract.
  2. Use Google Chrome. Other web browsers may not show quizzes and certificates correctly.
  3. Once you have achieved a Pass, please screen capture and email to your line manager so that they can update your Youmanage training record.

Staff Training

Important notes:

  1. All staff are required to complete eLearning units 1-9 annually and upon joining the company.
  2. Use Google Chrome. Other web browsers may not show quizzes and certificates correctly.
  3. Use the Snipping Tool (Show Me How) to capture, name and save your certificates as images. You can then attach as images to email.
  4. Unit 10 (EPOS – petty cash process) should only be completed if assigned to handle petty cash by your line manager. Contact L&D for required training documents.
  5. If units fail to load, check above before contacting learningdevelopment@standguide.co.uk.
