Health and Wellbeing Trainer

Scunthorpe / Grimsby
Up to £26,000 per annum
Due to securing a new contract, Standguide are looking to employ an experienced Employment Adviser.
The successful candidate will support participants to better manage their health and wellbeing by: jointly creating Health and Wellbeing Plans with participants; providing healthy lifestyle advice (e.g. diet); delivering our healthy living behavioural change course and specialist health and wellbeing training (e.g. our mood management courses); delivering advocacy support (e.g. attending appointments with participants); and signposting participants to specialist services.
• Will: hold L3 Health Trainer accreditation; complete our L3 of our Behaviour Change Competency Framework;
• be experienced in delivering health support (e.g. social prescribing, behavioural change and lifestyle modification)
• and/or working in a health and wellbeing environment; and have the ability to motivate others and inspire trust. They will have strong organisational and planning skills.
