RESPONSE TO REDUNDANCY
Standguide are a training provider with government funding to support individuals who have been made redundant back into work and companies facing difficulties through potential redundancy situations. With over 17 years of experience working with the private and public sector we have helped thousands of individuals back to work. We have handled many large scale redundancy situations with companies such as Ravenhead Glass, Cammell Laird, Premier Foods, Candy and Siemens. We are currently involved as partners of Jobcentre Plus providing support to companies and individuals through all aspects of downsizing and the effects of redundancies.
Our response to redundancy project has both government support and funding to help companies survive redundancy. It is a totally FREE service and there are no hidden extras.
What can you expect?
For employers, we can provide a free outplacement service or a job shop on site at times to suit your needs. Your staff can access the training and support whilst on site and we can be flexible around your working hours and priorities.
