Through our strong links with Jobcentre Plus and the Learning Skills Council, we are able to make a meaningful and timely intervention to help people facing redundancy. By taking a consultative approach, our professional careers advisors can assess and advise on the best way forward and choices available.

With employability training, we will guide employees through the job search process giving them the skills and confidence they need to succeed. More than this, we provide training to upskill employees in vocational areas to improve their employability for the future. Our support continues until a return to suitable employment is made.
