Route Finder & Route Finder Plus

Route Finder – is a 3 Week Course
Who is it for?
This course is aimed at claimants with multiple and complex barriers to work including low level basic skills. The course will motivate, build self-esteem, and encourage voluntary work for those claimants who are deemed to be furthest from the labour market and the long term unemployed.
What is covered?
This is a responsive and personalised service which assists and challenges claimants’ barriers.  A diagnostic assessment is completed identifying all barriers, from this an action plan is prepared.  The claimant will undertake training in Barriers to Employment, Skills Identification, Work Place Behaviour, CV Compilation, Job Applications and Digital Jobsearch, Interview Techniques, Confidence and Motivation and Voluntary Work.
