How do I apply to go to one of your centres and can I do any course I want?
Initially, you would need to speak to your Advisor at the Jobcentre Plus to find out if you are eligible to attend one of our centres, they will give you guidance on what courses are available to you and then make all the necessary arrangements on your behalf.
How do you know that I’m going to be suitable for the job I want?
We complete a ‘Training Needs Assessment’ with all our customers to ensure that they are matched to an appropriate form of training, which has a realistic job goal.
How much will it cost me to get to your centre?
All travel expenses are paid on a weekly basis (usually a Friday) subject to receipt of a fully completed time sheet. Tea and coffee are subsidised, but you may want to bring a sandwich if you are in for a full days training.
